About us
Who We Are:
Siyavutha Property Stokvel is a Community Based Business Model. Our purpose as Siyavutha Property Stokvel. Giving purposition to stokvels.
Opening up the horizon and options for the Community.
As guided by the current economic crisis in South Africa and Africa at large, Siyavutha Holdings has compiled a comprehensive plan of action that speaks to economic transformation. The community based investment model educates and empowers the community savings groups (stokvels) through asset and capital wealth acquisitions. The commercial property stokvel is an all-inclusive economic system intended to benefit the masses.
Why establish a platform such as this?
To create/establish a corporate sector that will positively impact and empower the Community.
The relationship between Siyavutha Holdings (legal arm) and Siyavutha Property Stokvel arises through a loan agreement above R1 million on which interest is incurred. This is called a large agreement according to the National Credit Act(NCA), 34 of 2005.
